Before arrival

Support can include appointment planning, document preparation, itinerary questions, and accommodation guidance near relevant hospital areas.

Coordination may include local transport support, interpreter scheduling, check-in guidance, and communication with service partners.

We help organize non-clinical follow-up logistics, record collection, and return-travel coordination when appropriate.
